During the free consultation, we can go over the details of your situation, what it is that you are hoping to resolve, and I will ask questions to have a full understanding of the issues. You will receive a quick questionnaire prior to your free session, so we can get the most out of the time. Should you choose to go beyond the 15 min, the time after will be billed at $75 per 45 min, and you can book and pay for the 45min session. 

This is the most popular way to begin your journey, as we dive into details of your separation/divorce, and your questions will be answered. Majority of the clients have questions about child support, parenting time, court procedures, interpretation of court documents, monies issues, and many other common separation/divorce questions. You will walk away with a better understanding of your situation and how you can develop a winning strategy for the road ahead. 

This is for couples who agree on all aspect of the divorce, such as child support, parenting time agreement, division of assets, etc, and do not have any more issues in dispute. We will send you and handle all the paperwork, court applications, filings, so you do not need a lawyer or attend court. There will also be an additional court filing fee of $280 (Alberta), plus a small notary cost of $25-50. 

This package is not limited to court actions, and can apply to general divorce coaching/case coaching. As you go deeper on this journey, you will find that you need support on a weekly basis for the ever changing landscape of a complex legal or family situation. You will receive continuous support, possible ghost-writing, counselling and strategy coaching. Your $499.00 is for 5 hours of service time (phone, text, in person, etc), to be used within a maximum period of 3 months. It's flexible, and you choose how you want to use the time together based on your case.
